The Senior Marketing Manager is a critical player. You'll design and implement highly-targeted inbound/outbound integrated marketing campaigns to named accounts in prioritized countries through multiple channels. You'll work with people in other departments, including product marketing, digital, field, partner marketing, and Sales.

Campaign Management
Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to drive leads, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), and ultimately pipeline creationSupervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success to ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelinesImprove new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projectsAlign with the marketing events manager to align campaigns with in-person events (trade shows, dinner, conferences, seminars)..Partner with content and SDR team on outreach and follow-up communications for marketing campaigns, ensuring the alignment between sales and marketing is present from the beginning to end of the campaignDevelop and maintain a captivating customer journey through digital media (social, web, email), content syndication, third party webinars, and other engagement vehicles to deliver fully integrated campaignsMap content story arcs to target personas; Orchestrate tactics, assets, and messages that align to those buying stagesEnsure leads are captured with Marketing Operations into Salesforce. Forecast, track, and report on marketing campaign performance; Develop and implement testing plans to drive continual improvementEnsure timely deployment of initiatives; Partner with stakeholders, be proactive to get buy in and ensure timelines are met and projects are in budgetDeliver succinct presentations to showcase results against goals, successes, and lessons learned and compile regular reports of campaign performance and resultsCandidate Requirements
5+ years of experience creating and executing campaigns in a hyper-growth technology companyBachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; or equivalent professional work experienceStrong analytical thinking and the ability to clearly communicate your findings and solutions in both written and verbalA results-oriented attitude, with a strong focus on achieving results, relying on metrics to manage programs and measure successProficiency with creative development, content management, email marketing, and lead nurturingBeneficial to have an understanding of video advertising and related metricsFamiliarity with Salesforce, Marketo and Wrike or similar technology preferredAble to form strong relationships with internal/external teamsA strong communicator - who can translate technical detail into a simple summaryA self-starter who's not afraid to ask for help or volunteer with new ideasHighly organized, including strong time-managementStrong collaboration skills, ready to coordinate across departmentsAbility to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
