As a Sr Mgr, App Dev (IC) - Enterprise Content Management & Composition Engineer, you will be responsible for guiding and applying best practices and best fit for new customer communications based on reviews of:business requirementsarchitect solutionsexisting technologiestechnology roadmapfinancial investment, and regulatory requirements.Required Qualifications4+ years of experience designing and developing high resiliency on-demand and batch omni-channel correspondence.4+ years of experience with many of the following: Quadient Inspire, OpenText Exstream, Azure Cloud, Windows Servers, IBM Mainframes, SQL, REST APIs, Java Scripts, JCL, JSON, XML, AFP, PDF/UA, WCAG, FileNet, Azure CDN, ICM, QAR, Content Aviator, SAFe, RTC.Exceptional collaboration skills with business, architects, infrastructure, and IT domains.Preferred QualificationsQuadient Inspire certifications and experience with Quadient Inspire installation, configuration, and user administration.OpenText Exstream certifications and experience with OpenText Exstream installation, configuration, and user administration.Experience with healthcare-related correspondence to members, providers, and plan sponsors.Experience with CMS regulations for correspondence.Experience with correspondence in foreign languages and alternate formats, e.g., Spanish, Chinese, large print, braille.EducationBachelors in computer science, Software Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience (2 yrs. of additional experience with 2 yrs. Associate degree and 4 yrs. of additional experience with HS/equivalent).Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$120,750.00 - $240,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
