Empower Brands is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This role is a key member of our marketing team, responsible for developing and executing on digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and conversion. The Director of Digital Marketing requires strategic thinking with a deep understanding of online tactics (paid and organic), consumer behavior, and emerging trends in the marketing landscape.The Director of Digital Marketing will support the residential brands of the Empower Brands portfolio, working with the corporate team and franchisees alike.Responsibilities
Strategic Development:
Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, leveraging market insights, data analytics, and industry best practices.Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of online marketing professionals fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture while providing guidance on campaign ideation, execution, and optimization.Campaign Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns across platforms such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.Partner Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance digital marketing capabilities and explore new opportunities for collaboration.Performance Analysis:
Utilize data-driven insights to assess campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.Budget Management:
Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations and sales to align strategies with brand priorities.Stay Current:
Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in digital marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our digital marketing efforts.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic campaigns.Strong leadership skills with a track record of management success.Expertise in digital marketing channels and platforms, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email, and analytics tools.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, using insights to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.WHO WE ARE:
