Your mission: to blend creativity, data insights, and visionary leadership, propelling Sidekick's story to new heights. In the role of Marketing Director, you will work on: Strategic Planning and Execution (35%) Lead Long-Term Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Franchise Sidekick’s long-term business goals, driving market expansion and brand positioning. Align Marketing with Business Objectives : Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure that marketing initiatives support broader company objectives, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation. Optimize Campaigns for Maximum Impact : Continuously assess and refine marketing campaigns to ensure they are data-driven, responsive to market trends, and delivering measurable ROI. Digital Marketing & Content Oversight (20%) Drive Strategic Digital Marketing Initiatives : Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across all platforms, aligning with business goals to enhance brand presence and increase ROI. Content Leadership : Oversee content strategy and execution, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and creating engaging content that supports lead generation and customer engagement. Digital Innovation & Analytics : Leverage data-driven insights and emerging technologies to improve digital performance, optimize customer experiences, and continuously assess and refine digital strategies. Cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborate on event marketing to expand brand reach, generate leads, and build a strong industry network. Work with Ops and Events team to execute marketing functions of Sidekick Events, including campaigns and leveraging partnerships for maximum brand exposure and audience engagement. Mentor and develop a dynamic marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. Develop and manage the marketing department’s organizational structure and talent acquisition strategy to support the company’s growth objectives. Set clear goals and performance metrics, providing regular feedback and guidance to drive team success and professional growth. Data Analysis & Reporting (10%) Utilize robust data analysis practices to track marketing performance, glean actionable insights, and inform strategy adjustments.
