ColdSnap is made of team of ~ 110, and we launched this spring into commercial markets. Position Overview:
As the Senior Director of Marketing, you will be a key leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness across all channels. Reporting to the VP of Food Science Innovation, you will have a significant impact on our market presence and the direction of our marketing initiatives. Wearing many hats, you will be required to think strategically and execute tactically. This is an in-office role located in Billerica, MA, where you will lead and mentor our marketing team while working collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Lead the development of marketing plans aligned with corporate goals, and oversee budgeting, vendor management, and technology utilization. Ensure the efficient management of marketing operations, including goal setting, performance tracking, and reporting.Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team by providing mentorship, setting clear expectations, and promoting professional development.Brand Development: Oversee brand positioning and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, including campaign development and adherence to brand guidelines.Digital Marketing: Lead digital initiatives, including SEO, PPC, paid media, email campaigns, website management, and social media engagement. Leverage AI-driven tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to enhance marketing effectiveness.Agency Management: Build and maintain productive relationships with marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with brand goals and budget adherence. Oversee agency performance and integrate their efforts within the broader marketing strategy.Creative Content & Product Marketing: Manage the creation of internal and external content, including website, product copy, packaging, and marketing materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop assets such as graphics, photos, and videos.Public Relations & Partnerships: Develop and maintain media relationships, manage PR activities, and pitch to media outlets. Cultivate strategic partnerships to support business growth.Trade Shows & Events: Plan and execute trade show participation, including booth design, logistics, and sales tool creation to support lead generation and brand awareness.Customer & Influencer Engagement: Oversee customer service channels and coordinate influencer partnerships, including talent sourcing, contract negotiations, and content planning.E-Commerce: Manage the required assets (photo and video) to support online sales with Amazon, Walmart and TikTok.Requirements:
Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Experience: 15+ years as a marketing leader in consumer goods or appliance industries, with a strong record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Agency Experience: Experience working with and managing marketing agencies to ensure optimal performance and alignment with brand initiatives.Technical Skills: Proficient in HubSpot, WordPress, Microsoft Office, and experience with AI-driven marketing platforms.Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media, and email), market research, data analysis, and traditional marketing techniques.Leadership & Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to inspire, lead, and motivate teams. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
