The Role: Visual Designer
As a Visual Designer at Middesk, you'll work closely with our marketing and product teams to create impactful design assets that capture our brand vision and resonate with our target audience. You'll support a variety of marketing initiatives, from product launches and digital campaigns to customer communications and demand generation efforts. In this role, you will be pivotal in defining our visual identity and ensuring consistency across all branded materials.

What You'll Do:Design System Leadership : Own and evolve Middesk's design system, ensuring it effectively tells our brand and product stories across all media.Creative Concept Development : Develop creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns that showcase the Middesk brand across multiple channels.Social Media & Visual Content : Design engaging social media content, videos, and data visualizations to spark interest in Middesk's mission and offerings.Marketing Material Creation : Produce digital and print assets for email campaigns, landing pages, social media, display ads, event collateral, and more.Sales and Recruiting Support : Develop high-quality materials to support sales, recruiting, and press efforts, including industry reports, presentations, e-books, swag, and one-pagers.Product Marketing Partnership : Collaborate with product marketing to design visuals that clearly communicate our product's value and functionality.Multimedia Contribution : Contribute to video, animation, and multimedia projects, ensuring all visual content meets a high-quality standard.Website Content : Create visually compelling content for Middesk's website, optimizing designs for user experience and conversion goals.What We're Looking For:B2B Design Experience : 5+ years of experience in a B2B design role (agency experience with B2B clients is also welcome).Data-Driven Approach : Ability to leverage data-driven insights to shape effective content designs.Creative Perspective : A strong sense of imagination and confidence in sharing your unique design perspective.Autonomy & Initiative : Ability to independently start designing once given the context and objectives.Campaign Experience : Proven success in creating integrated campaign content that enhances user experience and drives engagement.Organizational Skills : Experience maintaining organized design systems and libraries for cross-functional use.Communication Skills : Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset, able to thrive in a cross-functional environment.Bonus Skills : Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus!
