We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven communications professional to join our Corporate Functions Communications team, specializing in HR initiatives. This role will lead key internal communications that support our people strategy and enhance the JLL employee experience. Collaborating with senior HR stakeholders, you'll provide strategic counsel and craft high-impact communications plans that resonate with our diverse, global workforce.

Key responsibilities include:Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Human Resources function, providing strategic communications counsel and supportDevelop and execute comprehensive communications strategies aligned with HR prioritiesCraft compelling narratives and content across various channels (e.g., emails, presentations, key messages, talking points, video scripts) to effectively communicate HR policies, benefits, and workplace initiativesSupport the communications needs of high-profile HR events, including Town Halls and leadership meetingsCollaborate with creative teams to produce visually striking and effective communication materialsPartner with other members of the Corporate Functions Communications team and Internal Communications Center of Excellence to ensure alignment with organizational goals and HR-driven initiativesImplement data-driven approaches to measure and improve communication effectivenessDrive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, continuously bringing fresh, creative ideas to our communications strategiesQualifications:5-8 years experience in internal, executive, and/or corporate communications, with a track record of leading successful initiativesExperience leading and executing communications strategies related to total rewards, performance management, talent acquisition, benefits, and other areas of Human ResourcesExceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful messagingProven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and experience partnering with senior stakeholdersProficiency in digital collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) and internal communications tools (e.g., Poppulo, Staffbase)
