Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team and portfolio of incredible and diverse clients and gatherings. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and create strategic event plans that WOW them. From conceptualization to execution, you will oversee all aspects of large-scale complex events, ensuring client expectations are met and budgets are managed effectively.As a leader in the company, you will collaborate with your project team, including designers, coordinators, and contractors, to achieve success. You will also act as the main client liaison, providing proactive consultation throughout the event planning and execution process. It will be your responsibility to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.To excel in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree or higher education and a portfolio of at least 7 years of experience in event & meeting management or production. Experience managing teams is also desirable. You must be customer-centric, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should be comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with a team. Travel is expected, with a minimum of 25% or 7.5 days per month.ACCOUNTABILITY
Quality control and health of events and clients managedManage your team's book of projects - $2M-$3M+ in event budgets and approximately 6-10 clients with 25+ projects annuallyIndependently manage your own projects/programsQUALIFICATIONS
Based on East Coast of the United StatesBachelor's Degree or higher education preferredPortfolio of at least 10 years of experience in event production, meeting management - including but not limited to Sales Meetings, Conferences, Incentive Programs, Road Shows, Activations, etc.Proven meeting/event management skills - budget management, sourcing, production schedules, F&B/BEO, contracting and AV/Live show managementExcellent Presentation skillsExperience managing direct reports and teamsCustomer-centric mindsetAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAttention to detailVulnerability and a sense of humorAbility to take and learn from feedback in a fast-paced environmentProficient in project management softwareREPORTING

Market Compensation based on experience - $90,000 - $110,000Eligible for profit share/bonus based on company performanceHealth and Dental401k with matching contribution20 days of Paid Time Off per yearRemote workingTravel - approximate 35+ days of travel annuallyLocation: The company has Headquarters in North of Boston area and New Hampshire
