The company has pioneered a proprietary approach to posterior cervical fusion and has developed surgical instrumentation and implants that offer unique benefits to the $2 billion worldwide cervical spine market.Our purpose is to improve clinical outcomes for high-risk patients and prevent surgical failures of the cervical spine.JOB SUMMARYThe Content Marketing Manager ("CMM") will be responsible for creating marketing and creative content initiatives for the company. The CMM will develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates. The CMM will ensure all marketing materials are compliant with regulatory guidelines and support the company's sales objectives.LOCATIONPleasanton, CA. Hybrid.Essential FunctionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels, including digital, print, and events.Manage the company's brand identity and messaging to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory guidelines and support the company's sales objectives.Create and maintain creative promotional marketing assets, digital and printed, including brochures, animations, videos, and sales presentations.Maintain LMS system and sales enablement platform.Develop and manage the company’s website.Create, implement, and analyze downstream marketing campaigns including direct email campaigns to active and prospect customers.Gather relevant data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.Maintain the company’s approved claims matrix and ensure regulatory compliance for all corporate marketing materials.Serve as a company Salesforce Administrator to create reports, perform analysis, and set up automations and notifications (as needed) to support initiatives.4+ years of experience in marketing and creative content roles, with a minimum of 2 years in medical device, preferably spine or orthopedics.Strong writing and verbal communication skills.Strong experience working in Salesforce or comparable CRM platform.Strong skills in design and video editing software.Experience in launching new medical device products.Experience in social media marketing.Action Oriented - Actively seeks information rather than waiting for it.
