The Role
Looking for a highly-motivated Lifecycle Marketing Manager Contractor to join our team. This is a fast-paced role, which encompasses end-to-end campaign development, management, execution and reporting on lifecycle campaigns across targetable channels, with strong emphasis on email. The perfect fit for this role is an ambitious, growth-oriented marketer that’s data-driven and possesses strong technical skills to execute on simple and complex marketing campaigns across channels.
Responsibilities
Work on established campaign strategies by leading end-to-end program execution in line with the strategic objective.
Create personalized experiences that support various personas and segments across various channels (email, in-app, mobile…).
Continuously refine campaigns via content, timing and cadence to improve user experiences and achieve business objectives.
Partner with creative team to create compelling content, including emails & in-apps.
Own performance of key projects, identify insights, and provide updates to assess impact and inform recommendations.
Conduct A/B testing to continuously optimize new and existing programs.
Support lifecycle team on adhoc requests to drive on-going value across all segments.
Work closely with cross-functional partners across Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Desired Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, crm marketing, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills, with extensive experience using data to inform decision making.
Independent and a self starter; ability to drive both strategic and tactical workstreams forward with minimal oversight.
Proficiency in tools such as Iterable (or any other major ESPs), Appcues, Mixpanel, Tableau, and Asana.
Strong understanding of the customer journey and its funnel stages.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing campaigns from ideation to execution.
Ability to identify and develop new opportunities that drive action.
Experience in SMS, push, and in-product notifications is a plus.
Hourly Rate Compensation Range
$40.00 - $70.00 hourly
