What We Look For...Seeking a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to bring creative ideas, drive engagement, and elevate our online presence across multiple platforms. If you're passionate about creating compelling content, building communities, and staying ahead of digital trends, we want you to join our team!The Key Responsibilities:Oversee our social media platforms, posting regularly for each account and keeping everything on schedule. With guidance from the Hotel Brand Service Specialist and Director of Marketing, you'll bring our visions to life across all platforms, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure all content is approved and aligns with our goals.Film, capture, manage, sort, and edit content on-site, to produce engaging stories, reels, and posts. This includes creating live posts, showcasing behind-the-scenes moments, and crafting quick edits to highlight each hotel's best features for our social platforms.Crafting compelling captions and relevant hashtags for reels, stories, and posts geared to increase engagement. Staying ahead of social media trends, sounds, platforms, and formats to collaborate with the team on ideas.Create and follow a strategic social media calendar that aligns with the marketing team's calendar. Support the marketing team with the planning and development of social media campaigns.Produce reports on social media engagement with analysis and recommendations.Strategize and develop new tactics to increase engagement/bookings on platforms. Test out new platforms and assist on launch strategies.Organize and manage digital content library.Support and act as liaison in identifying influencers/content creators who engage with our brands organically.Support and assist in all goals and initiatives set forth by the Hotel Brand Service Specialist.Monitor social media direct messages, feeds, and comments; Respond or triage messages/comments as needed.Hands on support for photoshoots. Event coordination as needed.Some Travel RequiredThe Model Qualifications:2+ years of experience in social media or marketing A track record of collaborating with a team to bring projects to life in the digital space. Video/photo editing skills and an eye for visual content creation.
