We are seeking an Account Supervisor who has achieved a solid foundation for their career and is looking for advancement with a progressive PR agency. You must be hardworking, personable, outgoing and organized.
The position entails collaborating in a (hybrid) environment to represent some of the most recognizable brands in real estate, professional services, healthcare, and hospitality. Think a 500-acre Ritz-Carlton Residences, Michelin-starred restaurants, the world's first residences by the ELLE brand, and contemporary law firms. Our success hinges on a blend of creative thinking and business acumen, crafting the perfect formula that makes people pay attention.
REQUIRED SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS
- Min. 5 years of PR agency experience in respective industries (real estate, professional services, hospitality)
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations or a similar communications field
- Highly organized, mindful of deadlines, able to multi-task and work under limited supervision
- Demonstrated growth and experience in management roles
- Strong written and oral communications and presentations skills
- Strong work ethic, high energy, with a track record of following through with high-quality deliverables on schedule in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Strong local and national media contacts
- Fluent in English, speech and writing; Spanish or Portuguese a plus
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Detail oriented, creative and possess strong critical thinking skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide guidance, training and mentorship on client accounts to junior staff
- Oversee client accounts as the point person for team and client
- Responsible for exceptional client service and account management activities
- Drive flawless and timely project execution and high-touch client communications
- Develop communications strategies, PR materials and other internal/external communications
- Engage in strategic story pitching to journalists, locally and nationally, maintaining a consistent and quality pipeline of media placement
- Support overall account development and growth, as well as new business development
