Senior Producer

24 Seven is partnering with a well-known agency in Portland, OR to help them find a Senior Producer to join their team in this hybrid position. This is full-time, direct hire opportunity working 3 days/week onsite in the Portland area.

Ideal Candidate: will have at least 8 years of relevant experience as well as strongly skilled in using MS Office, AutoCAD, VectorWorks, Outlook, and other similar tools.

The Senior Producer supports the client services team by guiding the development and execution of technical solutions for events, focusing on audio, video, lighting, and rigging. This role advises project managers and clients, ensuring all technical specifications align with client needs and feasibility. Key responsibilities include optimizing resource use, coordinating tasks, and managing vendor relationships. The Senior Producer also collaborates with stakeholders to standardize technical workflows, manages equipment standards, and partners with the CAD department on integration plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and guidance for event solutions
• Manage project quoting and ERP entries to maximize equipment use
• Coordinate with producers, designers, and vendors for seamless support
• Define workflows and standardize equipment management practices
• Partner with CAD on integration workflows

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, VectorWorks, Outlook, and other tools
• Strong knowledge of event technology integration in various environments
• Creative problem-solving in experiential events, both virtual and physical
• Materials handling experience
• Ability to learn proprietary software
