As an HCP Omnichannel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing both mass, multichannel marketing activities as well as triggered data-driven customer experiences (DDCX). Key areas of emphasis for this role include managing the HCP website, strategy and development of a digital message map spanning all channels and creating both print and digital non-personal media drivers supporting the lupus and lupus nephritis indication. The primary customers are rheumatologists and nephrologists.

- You will report into the BENLYSTA Omnichannel Marketing Director but be in lock-step with the entire HCP team
- The ideal candidate has both a solid understanding of promotional review meetings and content lab within GSK, as well as digital marketing experience
- Lead development and delivery of tactics that support direct-to-HCP across digital and print channels
- Act as the lead HCP Digital Marketing Manager with 1-2 supporting contract employees on the team
- Lead our major digital creative tactics, including but not limited to the HCP website, emails, social media and paid search ads, etc.
- Effectively steward cross-functional team of internal and external partners, including the professional agency of record, internal content studio, GSK tech, and project/capability teams to drive delivery
- Lead the DDCX strategy for non-personal orchestration and support optimizations of triggered field alerts and insights
- Support Benlysta's segmentation and persona-level omnichannel activities where appropriate and strategically innovate with impact and efficiency being top of mind
- Lead regulatory, legal, medical promotional review process as well as special promotional review needs through our governance process
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to understand impact of tactics and in-market activity to optimize for maximum impact and business results
- Work closely with other brand marketing managers and directors to ensure tactics align with and support brand strategies and objectives

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- BS/BA, preferably in Business /Marketing or Health Sciences related field.
- 3+ years of healthcare or commercial marketing experience (Relevant commercial experience may include sales, training, or communications in an agency, CPG or pharma company. Healthcare marketing can include brand marketing, market research, marketing operations, and/or provider marketing or a combination of these.)
- Experience with project management, stakeholder management, timeline accountability and prioritization with internal and external teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Strong understanding of promotional review meetings and MLRs.
- Digital marketing experience
- Media experience
- MBA
- Experience commercializing injectable or HCP-administered products in the US
- Experience in marketing promotions, market research, strategy, tactics and resource allocation; including track record of developing marketing materials/programs that deliver against strategy
- Practical experience with prescription brand marketing principles across channels, including sales force delivered, websites, digital marketing and/or other non-personal advertising to HCPs
- Proven ability to utilize customer insights (patients, payers, providers) to drive marketing decisions
- Experience in Brand Management and Promotional Review processes
- Pharmaceutical Sales and/or sales management experience
- Very strong organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a time and resource constrained environment
- Analytical experience to drive improved measurement of our MCM tactics (a key focus this year)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), with the ability to communicate and present effectively to groups and senior leaders
- HCP marketing experience
- Significant digital marketing/advertising/media experience
- 5 - 8 years marketing experience (2 years in healthcare marketing)
- Project management experience with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
- Demonstrated leadership, proven decision-making, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and oral/written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational complexity and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with primary and secondary market research
- Budget management experience
- Experience implementing projects within pharma including promotional review experience
- Experience managing external agencies
