Job SummaryThe Principal E-Commerce Program Manager supports the development and delivery of online shopping experiences on hp.com. As part of the User Experience (UX) design group, the senior individual contributor in this role coordinates workflow and architecture of processes and tools for the Agile product teams. The Principal E-Commerce Program Manager should have strong business operations, leadership, and communication skills; familiarity with Agile product teams; and a background in ecommerce design, product management or project management.
Responsibilities
Leading process and workflow governance for the UX and UI design teamsEnabling product teams to develop and drive web experiences that result in significant and measurable improvements in shopper experience, purchase conversions, and revenueProviding product teams and leaders with dashboards and notifications critical to tactical progress and strategic prioritizationLeading project planning compliance with new web standards, processes and tools, and regulatory lawsDeveloping productive internal/external working relationships and providing guidance to ecommerce designers, product managers, developers, and other team membersEducation & Experience
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline or commensurate work experience.Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in web design, software product management, project management, or a related field.Knowledge & Skills
Expert in architecture administration of Jira workflows, dashboards and process managementExperience working in Agile software development product model methodologyComprehensive understanding of eCommerce analytics and business strategiesExperience developing workflow automationSkilled in Project ManagementSkilled in User Experience (UX) and/or User Interface (UI) designProficient to advanced skills in at least three of Microsoft Teams, Adobe Analytics, Figma, React, Miro, OKR planning, Design ThinkingCross-Org Skills
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills is required, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasivelySpanish or additional languages a plusProficiency working in cross-functional and multinational teamsStrong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire othersDetail-oriented, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlinesPassionate about ecommerce innovation and customer experienceThe base pay range for this role is $110,000 to 159,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
