Design Operations Assistant Job at PVH Legwear in New York

The Design Operations Assistant will work alongside the Design Operations team for our growing socks and hosiery business for a variety of notable brands and retailers! This role will support the team’s process to maintain and manage the most current and up to date information on PLM. They will also work with cross-functional teams and resources to ensure tech packs are ready to be shared with vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Bulk tech pack approval charts on AirTable
• Track and create materials on PLM
• Regenerate tech pack with any updates needed
• Assist with reviewing and regenerating tech packs for bulk
• Organize folders on server
• Partner with Design Teams to ensure the most up to date information is being entered into PLM
• Maintain and updating Bulk Tech Pack approval charts on AirTable
• Maintain all Design Operations charts with most updated information
• Download and formatting Excel charts from PLM
• Track PREQ orders received by Sales, via emails and Airtable charts
• Work directly with Design on all material requests for PLM
• Track status on Marketing trims through Attribute Charts on Airtable
• Assist with reviewing and regenerating tech packs for Bulk
• Assist Design with uploading PLM images
• Organize folders for specs and materials
• Have knowledge of the Design calendar

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of related experience
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• PLM & Excel experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Must be organized and detail-minded
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong analytical forward-thinking skills

Annual salary range: $50,000 - $55,000
