Our HQ Office is located in Lower Manhattan and the team is on-site 3 days per week.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Brand & Creative Operations, The Associate Project Manager, Creative Operations will act as the liaison between the e-Commerce, Marketing, e-Comm buyers, Design, Stores, Wholesale, and Creative teams to manage projects from conception through completion. They will be responsible for the intake of all requests, scheduling, trafficking, and prioritizing of all projects and requests, ensuring all deadlines are met.

They will be responsible for the intake of all requests, scheduling, trafficking, and prioritizing of all projects and requests, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with Director of Brand & Creative Operations run daily creative status meetings and reviews, maintaining team resources and capacity for the teams’ projects in progress
- Develop meeting agendas according to creative approvals needed to stay on schedule
- Manage a large volume of projects; estimate time required and resources needed for project completion based on urgency and scope of work and communicate these needs effectively to the Director of Brand & Creative Operations and team
- Manage day-to-day workflow of all design and production projects, track, and monitor job progress and route projects
- Manage creative approvals: ensure that design, copy, and routing dates are met and that the final deliverables reflect the approved versions of artwork as approved by all departments
- Process project briefs and respond to emails in a timely manner to manage projects according to agreed-upon schedules
- Review the accuracy and completeness of all requests before processing to the designers and work with requesters to complete/correct information.
- Communicate status of projects with cross-functional teams as needed
- Continue to look for opportunities for process improvement and creative evolution
- Be proactive, anticipate possible problems and discuss solutions with the Operations and Creative team
- Lead & facilitate CFT & Exec Creative Review meetings ensuring alignment between marketing, e-Comm buyers, stores, creative, and executive teams, capturing all notes & recapping takeaways next steps
- Partner with the Director of Brand Creative Operations to build out the in-season process schedule, and own the meeting invites and plot out creative support for each moment
- Own the intake and project management of bi-weekly Off Process project requests
- Manage DAM project builds and maintenance
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
- At least 2-3+ years professional experience in creative project management
- Demonstrated alignment with TJ core values: Humble, Adaptable, Mindful GSD 2.0, & Curious
- Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
- Must be meticulous with details
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Highly motivated team player with the ability to build cross-functional relationship
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Proficient in Google Docs
- Experience with Notion
- Experience with DAM is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to laugh and have fun!
- Ability to be on-site in our HQ Office in Lower Manhattan 3 days per week
