Join our talented team at a global medical device company focused on Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™.Main Objective:The Manager – Integration and Operating Room Planning Specialist, leads the development and demonstration of the following StudioX based assets.
Customer facing presentations and technical overviews of Synergy Video and Integration platforms, “Holodeck” Virtual concept design, “Holodeck O.R. Planner” virtual software design program and pre-construction design planning for customers.
This position will require expert knowledge of Video Systems integration, Arthroscopy and Endoscopy Video technologies as well as Architectural based concepts for Hospital/ASC Clinical building projects both new and retrofit.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage StudioX assets, including the “Holodeck” Virtual O.R., “Holodeck O.R. Planner” virtual software design program, and Mock O.R., that help to perform on-site presentations to visiting customers on the Naples campus.Manage all content necessary for expert consultation of visiting customers who require guidance and knowledge of Arthrex Video, both Arthroscopy and Endoscopy, Integration and Construction based opportunities.Develop strong relationships with Arthrex Sales Management, Product Management and specifically the Arthrex ASCX management group to provide assistance and strategic guidance for all potential customer partnerships.Work closely with the Arthrex Experience team (AX) to help manage and coordinate professional and efficient tours and technical presentations for visiting customers.Provide expert guidance and ultimately content to the Virtual production teams to build relevant and necessary content for the “Holodeck”, Virtual O.R.Work very closely with the ACT group in California to incorporate all relevant and current technologies in to presentation assets now and in to the future as technology platforms are enhanced and upgraded.Be available for all requested visits or tours (planned in advance or other) that happen on the Naples campus and in particular the StudioX facility in an effort to maintain flexibility and convenience for the visitors in attendance.
This responsibility will include Saturday meetings.Be fluent expert in all aspects of Systems Integration provided by Arthrex for the Synergy platform, working closely with the Systems Integration team responsible for installation of said productBe available to travel to visit customers on site, potentially 20% of work time.Be capable of formally presenting and demonstrating Arthrex Video and Integration platforms for visiting customers to the Naples campusEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s
