The Arthrex Media Production team, based at the company’s global headquarters in Naples, Florida, is growing and looking to add a Producer, I.

Collaborate with the Media Production team to develop projects throughout the creation process.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Pre-Production
Meet with stakeholders to identify the messaging and determine the project scope and requirements.Contribute to creative direction for projects and productions.Translate corporate and medical education content requests into a production plan for the media production team to execute.Align with Producers and the Production team to orient the financial and design aspects of productions with the project goals.Contribute to and communicate the goals of each stage of a project to the creative team.Develop story outlines for scripting and interview questions.Collaborate with the production team to create shot lists.Contribute to and guide the goals of each stage of a project to the creative team
Production
Commit the production team to thoroughly test production equipment prior to a shoot, including white balance, lighting levels, camera exposure and monitor audio levels throughout a production.Determine strategies and formulate ideas during the production process for scheduling, cinematography, lighting, and performances.Direct on-screen talent to ensure content will be delivered in a way that engages audience and meets Arthrex quality standards
Post-Production
Coordinate and collaborate with Arthrex partners to post-produce high-quality digital media that educates our audiences.Enact standards and guidelines for consistent corporate identity for all team members.Review production footage for quality control.Collaborate with the Post-Production team to guide the editing process, including an asset’s overall tone, music choice, editing, and special effects.Propose ideas during the post-production processes to ensure the vision of a project is preserved.Evaluate workflows for continuous improvement
