Job Description
Collaborate closely with the Director of Brand Marketing to support campaign efforts and fine-tune the brand's voice.Develop, plan, and manage channel-specific strategies for all organic social media across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Monitor emerging social trends and find creative ways to enhance social strategies, expand the audience, and boost meaningful conversions.Analyze performance data, providing recommendations and updates for continuous improvement.Oversee brand voice across organic social media, strengthening brand advocacy.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 5+ years of social media experience, ideally with a DTC brandExperience in the fashion industry is a bonusPrevious leadership/management experienceHighly organized and detail-orientedDemonstrated ability to manage projects from strategy to executionExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesStrong skills in presentations, planning, and analysisCollaborative team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup settingWhat's on Offer
