The Role and What You'll Do:

As the Senior B2B Designer, Creative for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and marketing collateral targeted at our B2B audience. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling designs that communicate the value and prestige of our hospitality offerings. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and an in-depth understanding of B2B marketing.

  • Develop and execute high-quality design concepts for B2B marketing materials, including sales collateral, training materials, brand toolkits, brochures, presentations, digital assets, and experiential collateral.


  • Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and convey a consistent and professional image.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.


  • Lead the creation of visual content for integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints.


  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality.


  • Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers and external vendors, ensuring alignment with the overall vision.


  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate the quality and impact of design work.


  • Conduct regular reviews of design assets and materials, making updates and improvements as needed.


  • Work closely with the sales team and sales partners to develop customized design solutions for key accounts and proposals.


  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our marketing efforts.


You Have These:

  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B marketing work.


  • Experience working in the sports, entertainment, or hospitality industries.


  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).


  • Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color.


  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and how design can drive business outcomes.


  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.


  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


  • Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into compelling visual content.


  • Experience in creating design systems and maintaining brand consistency across various platforms.


  • Passion for soccer and a deep understanding of the FIFA World Cup's significance.


We'd Love If You Also Have These:

  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (especially French and/or Spanish).


  • Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software.


  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience designing for digital platforms.


  • Experience managing and mentoring junior designers.


  • Knowledge of print production processes and experience working with printers and other vendors.


  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.


  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.


  • Knowledge of FIFA regulations and standards related to marketing and hospitality.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$90,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$120,000 annually
