is looking for a motivated, hard-working, fashion-savvy, detail-oriented PR & Showroom Coordinator who is eager to learn and gain valuable experience in a small agency environment. Candidates must be available for in-person office work.Based in NYC and LA, VPR + Creative is a boutique fashion public relations agency, focusing on celebrity and influencer marketing for our established clients.Responsibilities:
Support PR Manager with day-to-day influencer, celebrity & VIP efforts on behalf of in-house brands and external clientsPR Sample trafficking and organizationAssist with stylist check-ins/ sample returnsMerchandising and maintaining showroom appearance such as organizing stock, replenishing racks, and steaming samplesAssist with stylist pulls, showroom appointments, and any requestsCoordinate giftings and mailers for new collections launches and initiativesAssist with Influencer/VIP giftings and any potential collaborationsTrack all placements and clippings and update daily placement trackerDaily arrival of new inventory to tracking systemManage and update master contact listsAssist with meeting agendas for weekly/ monthly touch bases with internal team and external clientsMonthly Reports
Requirements/ Skills:1 year of fashion PR experience (agency experience preferred)Strong attention to detailWorks well under pressureReady-To-Learn attitudeStrong communication and writing skillsKeeps up with Pop Culture and current fashion trendsAbility to multi-task and balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environmentPossess a strong understanding of fashion, influencer, and VIP landscapeSelf motivated, detail-oriented, ambitious, and eager to learnKnowledge of social media, Google Docs, and Google SheetsBenefits:
