Summary You will serve as a MARKETING AND ADVERTISING MANAGER of NVRECRUITNGCMD. Responsibilities You will advise department director on all advertising related issues to include planning and development of long-term and short-term advertising strategy, creating annual media plans, coordinating research efforts, and evaluating media campaigns. You will provide advice on the initiation of new technologies in advertising and creative production advertising such as Internet advertising and creative production advertising. You will assist in the development of advertising objectives and strategies for both local and national advertising programs through departmental advertising management planning and coordinates a highly detailed annual advertising plan. You will provide and coordinate use of advertising and marketing research for the department. You will serve as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the Advertising Agency contract and is responsible for the regular monitoring and annual reporting of the advertising contractor's performance. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. (1) Assisting in planning and execution of marketing operations, (2) Creating, reviewing, approving media plans, and (3) Briefing marketing and advertising efforts to senior leadership to include Flag/SES level.
