Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.We are seeking a Go-To-Market Senior Manager to help define, implement, and operationalize our product launch strategy and execution across ADT’s lines of businesses. This role will be pivotal in defining product positioning, managing product launches in coordination with cross-functional partners, and ensuring strategic alignment with product and business leadership.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Strategic planning: develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing product enhancements.Product positioning: Craft compelling product messaging and work closely with partners to create internal and external product marketing assets for successful product education and positioning.Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, marketing, customer success, and other teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing support.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.8+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy and execution in a B2C technology company or corporate strategy in management consulting.Prior experience working in consumer electronics, SaaS, or start-up companies a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills, working effectively with executive stakeholders.Ability to work cross-functionally with product management, partnerships, product operations, sales, marketing, customer success, and other teams.Pay and Benefits Disclosure:The salary range for this role is $128,000 - $192,000 and is based on experience and qualifications. Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others.
