We are currently hiring for our next Brewery and Taproom Marketing and Digital Communications Co-op at our Samuel Adams Brewery and Samuel Adams Boston Taproom in Boston, MA.

Ready to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below.What You’ll Brew:Assist in the creation of content for, track, and analyze social media posts for both Boston locations, adhering to brand guidelines and helping to maintain a cohesive brand voice across all digital communication platforms while monitoring and maintaining online communities.Aid in the creation, digital marketing, and onsite execution of events at our Boston Brewery and Downtown Boston Taproom, including smooth day-of logistics, with some taking place on evenings and weekends.Assist with the Boston rental and Private Tour program, including communication, booking, and physical execution of onsite rentals, coordinating communications both internally and externally. Coordinate with Boston Brewery Tour Team to maintain the Brewery’s Tour Request inbox, helping field private tour and other requests as necessary.Assist in the maintenance and editing of websites for the Samuel Adams Boston Brewery and Samuel Adams Downtown Boston Taproom using the Sitecore web platform.Write copy for blog and digital newsletter posts, aligning with event calendars, onsite beer releases, and other happenings, ensuring placement on local calendars.Maintain and analyze marketing and social media trackers, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.Seek out, develop and maintain relationships with local vendors, musicians, artists, and other community members.Support any other marketing initiatives and business needs for the Boston Brewery and Downtown Boston Taproom.Support the Front of House teams at both locations on an as-needed basis, including but not limited to bartending, working the retail shop, and giving tours.What Ingredients You’ll Bring:Minimum Qualifications:Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program.Course work in Marketing, Management, Communication, Accounting, Finance, and Business Writing.Must be available to work on some nights, weekends, and holidays on an as-needed basis.Must be 21+ years of age to apply.Valid Social Security Number needed by first day of employment.Must be able to commute daily to Boston Brewery in Jamaica Plain, MA.Preferred Qualifications:Customer service experience.Strong written and verbal communications.Professional attitude and demeanor.Self-motivated and proactive.Ability to multitask.Strong time management skills.Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to be attentive to all aspects of the manufacturing environment while working.Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.Ability to lift at least 35 lbs.Ability to speak in front of 1-100 people at a time.Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States, now or in the future.Some Perks:When candidates join Boston Beer’s Early Talent Program, Brew Your Future, our early talent coworkers are empowered with impactful projects and learning sessions that contribute to real business outcomes, in addition to an inclusive, welcoming experience.
