Founded in 2016 in Los Angeles, Revl Studios set out to create a hub for authentic, results-driven creativity. Initially focused on corporate media production and hosting the annual Revl Film Festival, the pandemic prompted a pivot in 2020. We studied top brands to develop a streamlined framework for revenue growth and community building that spans industries. New Miami Girls, one of our IPs, exemplifies this approach, blending media and community to foster meaningful connections.

New Miami Girls is a thriving community represented by Revl Studios Corp and aimed at connecting individuals in the Miami area. On our fast-growing Instagram page, we create a unique blend of humor, local tips, and event promotions, attracting over 18k followers. Additionally, our Facebook group of 7,000 members serves as an inclusive platform for engaging conversations, mutual support, and shared experiences.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Event Planning Intern to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic community while gaining hands-on experience in social media and online community management.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Support the organization of events and also assist during each event to ensure it is successful.Search and outreach to potential event sponsors. Update database to monitor all these potential partnerships/collaborations.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and evolve relationships with partners through outreach by DMs.Support the negotiation and execution of partnership initiatives, including defining terms, responsibilities, and success metrics.Assist in creating event presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate NMG's value proposition and benefits to a potential event partnerMonitor and track the progress of partnership initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to the mkt teamStay updated on community/event trends, competitive landscape to NMG's partnerships strategy

Qualifications:- Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Passion for event organization, influencer marketing, and brand deals.- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control in events.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English)- Proficiency with spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets. (Airtable a plus)- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team- Ability to meet deadlines- Organized self-starter with excellent time management skills

Expected Commitment & Duration:

This is a remote, part-time position requiring approximately 15-20 hours of work per week. We're seeking someone who can commit to a minimum of three months, with the possibility of an extension based on performance and the needs of our organization.
