Additionally, GMG has an expansive experiential arm rooted in Gallery Houses-a fusion of social content, creators and cultural moments at scale-as well as a robust influencer marketing business.The company was founded in 2010 by CEO, Ryan Harwood and is now part of VaynerX, the Gary Vaynerchuk-owned holding company.We are looking for an Ad Operations Associate to join our Client Services and Insights team.Responsibilities:Support Gallery Media Group in the execution of digital ad campaignsAssume all ad operations responsibilities for assigned campaigns, including ad trafficking, QA, optimization, and monthly billing reconciliationWork with account management team to collect creative assets & tags from clients against strict deadlinesManage inventory availability requestsMonitor ad campaigns, providing screenshots and reporting as requiredTroubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ad serving, pacing, or reportingIdentify and escalate site or email advertising issues with Product & Tech teamsSupport team in implementation of new ad & data technologies, supporting direct and programmatic sold campaignsMaintain ad specs for all digital productsQualifications and Expectations: BA/BS degree or equivalentExperience in digital publishing or advertising, with an ad operations background preferredExperience with digital media platforms (Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Prebid, DCM, Boostr, Looker Studio, etc.)Experience working working with supply side platforms or programmatic publisher technologies a plusProven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail in a deadline-driven environmentUnderstanding of HTML, JS, and CSSKnowledge of digital ad standards and monetization strategiesThe ideal candidate has strong communication skills, and is able to work well with both technical and non-technical team membersLocation: New York (hybrid)Unsure if you meet the qualifications?
