We are looking for an
Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant
to join our dynamic marketing and advertising team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive training in marketing strategy, direct advertising, visual merchandising, promotional techniques, and consumer market research. Upon successful completion of our training program, you'll be considered for a leadership position within the department.
As an
Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant , you'll assist in growing and developing marketing campaigns, driving customer acquisition and retention, and managing external customer needs. You'll have the chance to hone your leadership and interpersonal skills while playing a key role in driving sales through retail promotional campaigns and enhancing brand recognition via local events and experiential marketing.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Campaign Development:
Support the growth and execution of marketing campaigns to reach targeted customer groups.Customer Acquisition & Retention:
Contribute to efforts aimed at attracting and retaining customers through strategic promotional activities.Manage Customer Needs:
Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively.Develop Leadership Skills:
Gain valuable experience in managing teams and leading marketing initiatives.Drive Sales:
Help drive revenue through retail promotional campaigns, ensuring measurable success.Build Brand Recognition:
Support local events and experiential marketing efforts that boost brand visibility and consumer engagement.Interact with Customers:
Engage with customers directly, providing information and building rapport to enhance the customer experience.Problem Solving:
Make independent, professional judgments to address challenges and provide effective solutions.Requirements:Availability:
Must be able to work full-time, including some weekends for special events.Self-Motivation:
Ability to thrive in both independent assignments and team projects.Travel Willingness:
Desire to travel 1-2 weeks per year for additional training and professional development.Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction with customers and team members.Energy & Adaptability:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic environment where no two days are the same.Education:
