Essential Requirements:Work as an embedded team member on a premier account that supports a major pharmaceutical company looking to elevate their reputation in Boston.Keen understandingof the Boston biotech/pharma community,relationships with Boston-based media and knowledge of local policy priorities and stakeholders.Serve as a strategic thought partner to the clients regarding local/regional conferences, media strategy, networking opportunities, community outreach programs, etc. to help establish the client as an employer of choice in the competitive Boston market.Develop internal and external communications, ranging from social media content and presentations and remarks for internal meetings to memos for various internal audiences and intranet postsRegularly engage and collaborate with partners, creative team, vendors, media and other third partiesDesired Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications or related fieldExperience in a professional environment within the healthcare public relations and/or communications industriesExperience and interest advocacy relations/patient engagementAbility to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment, meeting internal and external deadlines
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is 95 but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
