Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant
to join our growing team. This exciting role offers comprehensive training in
marketing strategy ,
direct advertising ,
promotional techniques ,
visual merchandising , and
consumer market research . Upon successful completion of our training program, you'll have the opportunity to advance to a
team lead
position within the department.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the
growth and development
of assigned marketing campaigns.Support
customer acquisition
and
retention
efforts.Manage external customer needs , ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction.Develop
leadership
and
interpersonal
skills as you take on increasing responsibility.Drive
sales
through
retail promotional campaigns .Build
brand recognition
through
local events
and
experiential marketing .Interact and engage with customers to foster strong relationships.Problem-solve
and make
professional judgments
to improve operations and customer satisfaction.Requirements:Ability to work
full-time
hours and some weekends for special events.Capable of excelling in both
independent
assignments and
team projects .Willingness to travel
1-2 weeks per year for training and events.Strong
communication
skills and an enthusiasm for customer interaction.Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, high-energy environment .A
2-year or 4-year degree
in a related field is preferred but not required.Self-starter , creative thinker, and a
