As a Design Desk, your primary role will involve leveraging your technical expertise and strong communication skills to drive the sales process and deliver optimal solutions for our clients. The Essential Duties and Responsibilities outlined below will be critical in ensuring the successful execution of this role and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements

Perform order processing functions through quotes, tickets, projects, and opportunities in ConnectWise Sell and ConnectWise Manage including the creation of detailed quotes and proposals, creation of purchase orders, and procurement of approved orders.Procurement: Handle hardware, software, and license acquisition for clientsManage licensing and warranty renewals: Ensure timely renewal processes for clientsInventory management, pulling items from inventory, placing inventory replenishment orders.Execute the RMA process to procure replacement products, refunds, or warranty repairs from manufacturers and/or vendors.Perform shipping and receiving duties according to company policies.Work together with Technical Team: Research client solutions, including required hardware and software for implementationCollaborate with sales team: Work closely with sales representatives to support the sales process and meet sales targetsPartner with vCIO: Identify client needs, prioritize proposal generation, and manage deadlinesPartner with the Project Team to create detailed project plans: Outline hardware, software, and labor requirements for successful projectsCreate and manage proposal templates: Streamline proposal generation with easily adaptable templatesTechnical expertise: Maintain a deep knowledge of products, services, and industry trendsAddress technical inquiries: Respond to client questions and concerns, providing technical guidance and supportCustomer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, acting as a trusted technical advisorMaster ConnectWise Sell and ConnectWise Manage: Utilize tools for efficient proposal generation and project management

Educational/Previous Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably within the managed services industryDemonstrated experience with relevant technologies and platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, SonicWALL, Veeam, networking, and security solutions)Previous experience in a customer service, account management, and/or sales role, with a proven track record of success.Previous experience utilizing ConnectWise products is a plusProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsFamiliarity with various sales methodologies and strategiesExperience presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesIndustry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, SonicWALL, CompTIA) are a plusBenefits
