Description: Veracity is looking for a Content + Partnerships Manager to own and elevate our messaging and creative strategy across all content pillars, focusing primarily on video content for both paid and organic social channels through internal resources and creator + expert partnerships. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and prioritizing our content strategy, ensuring we’re consistently creating engaging and impactful content that resonates with our audience.


  • Content Strategy, Execution & Innovation 
  • Lead and prioritize content development across our key pillars, including founder content (Allie), creator UGC, graphic ads/posts, and medical advisor content.
  • Develop and implement testing plans across paid Meta and organic social channels to optimize content performance.
  • Brainstorm compelling hooks and craft content briefs aligned with successful trends, ensuring that our messaging stays fresh, relevant, and impactful.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder, creative director, director of growth, and our marketing agency to align on creative strategy and content priorities.
  • Stay on top of social media trends, platform best practices, and what’s working across our content pillars to drive new ideas and strategies.


  • Content Creator Relationship Management 
  • Act as a personable and knowledgeable brand representative, building relationships and fostering community with influencers and creators.
  • Conduct outreach to creators and other potential community members (expert community/ advisors), developing long-term relationships to produce valuable content.
  • Create content briefs and manage campaigns on creator platforms, aligning with brand goals.
  • Incentivize creators to become affiliate partners, developing strategies to keep them engaged and excited about promoting their affiliate codes.



  • Ambassador + Affiliate Program Management 
  • Build and grow Veracity’s ambassador and affiliate programs, aligning them with business goals and key brand initiatives
  • Create and oversee campaign briefs specifically designed to leverage ambassador and affiliate networks, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and seasonal priorities.
  •  Develop performance-based incentives, perks, and engagement strategies to foster enthusiasm and encourage ongoing promotion.


Experience/Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Proven experience in digital content strategy, with a strong focus on paid social, ambassador and affiliate marketing. 
  • communities and converting community members into affiliates to drive revenue.
  • Creative Vision: Ability to craft engaging content that connects with audiences and drives results across multiple social platforms.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Skilled at analyzing content performance and iterating based on insights and trends.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure content consistency and alignment with our brand.


Benefits:  We offer a competitive salary with bonus potential in the $70,000 - $90,000 range, flexible work schedule and generous vacation policy and insurance benefits in addition to complimentary and discounted products as well as the opportunity to be part of a growing, dynamic brand that values collaboration, innovation, and the impact of every team member.
