The Private Bank (PB) Events Team partners with Private Bank Businesses to deliver consistent, high-touch, and distinctive client experiences; event specialists are located across the world combining a deep local knowledge of US, LATAM, EMEA, and ASIA regions with the insights of a global team. Our events range from signature global events to small intimate programs, with a focus on new client acquisition, deepening relationships, and increasing flows, while building our brand and adhering to global standards.As an Events Creative Lead Vice President within the Private Bank Events Team, you will be responsible for partnering with various teams globally to coordinate the creation of event collateral and special projects. You will champion the needs of the event while ensuring alignment with the Private Bank brand identity. Your role will also involve partnering with Marketing on global and regional event amplification strategies, providing timely updates to Event Planners and Senior Management, and managing budgets and vendor negotiations.Job Responsibilities:Support business objectives and partner with Creative Services to deliver event collateral from inception through production.Manage the needs/voice of Events while ensuring collateral is in line with PB brand identity.Partner with Creative Services to create standardized templates & bespoke event collateral.Support business objectives and partner with Marketing on signature global & regional events' amplification strategy.Partner with Marketing and Digital Marketing on approved event amplification strategies.Provide timely status updates to Event Planners and Senior Management.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:8+ years prior experience in event and project management related activities.Must think strategically and problem solve with the ability to offer creative solutions.Must be able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.Must be able to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors.Excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to liaise with senior leadership.Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt as business priorities shift and change.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Prior experience in financial services and multi-lingual capabilities.**Base Pay/Salary**New York, NY $109,250.00 - $165,000.00 / year#J-18808-Ljbffr
