UX Designer
Experience working in Auto Finance, Mobility and Mobility finance
Very high Visual design skills and Interactive Design
Rapid prototyping
Experience in Figma, Adobe XD/Sketch etc
Knowledge on Front-end development HTML & CSS
Skill on Interface design and Usability testing
Collaborating with business product owners, and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly, and easy to navigate design
Experience on Requirements discovery and documentation
Understand product specifications and business requirements
Developing wireframes, task flows and prototypes based on customer needs
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients
Ensures products meet high standards of usability, ADA compliance, and design excellence
Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
Experience on business problem assessment
Ability to critically evaluate business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and decompose high-level information into detailed requirements
Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and document the business process flows
Create and maintain the Functional Specs documentation and work collaboratively with the team to test and deploy the system changes
Ability to manage and own quality of deliverable to business users
Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Salary Range - $100,000 - $130,000 a year
