Job Description:Key Responsibilities• Proficient in HCI principles, user research, design methodologies, and developing compelling user experiences.• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences.• Analyze and interpret user data to inform design decisions and create user personas.• Plan and execute usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of designs, gather feedback for iterative improvements, analyze results and integrate findings• Hands on experience in all stages of UX and process like building wireframes, defining information architecture, user journeys• Perform expert analysis on products and come up with suitable design solutions and suggest best practices• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to align design goals with business objectives and communicate design concepts and rationale effectively• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in HCI to incorporate the latest insights into design practices.Qualifications:• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or UX Design.• HCI certification is required.• Strong proficiency in a variety of usability testing tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Maze), as well as in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).• Knowledge of front-end development technologies and their impact on design decisions.• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.• Strong communication and presentation skills
