You will assist the Project Manager in executing the management plan for assigned projects, as well as help coordinate and oversee the project from inception to completion. Client Details This client is a full-service General Contractor specializing in Design/Build Construction in the DC market. With 20 years of experience, the firm has multiple upcoming projects in downtown Washington, DC, and is led by a dynamic leadership team. They are seeking to expand their team with Assistant Project Managers (APMs) who have experience in Design/Build projects. Description Assist the Project Manager in executing the management plan for assigned projects. Help coordinate and oversee the project from inception to completion. Review project designs and suggest cost-saving ideas. Perform daily operational tasks efficiently and on time. Track and report project status updates directly to the Project Manager. Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents. Prepare and manage punch lists for project closeout. Profile A Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, or engineering is preferred. Experience with Design/Build projects is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in commercial project management. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong desire to grow and learn.
