Successful candidates will demonstrate superior ability to inspire and engage cross-functional teams, lead and develop talent and team capabilities.This person will drive ideas from ideation to execution strategic design thinking and brand solutions - directly executing with internal and external partners and agencies.The main objective of this role is to execute PBNA Starry brand design projects, strategies, and innovations. This means planning, organizing, and implementing consistent design principles, and production processes to ensure that the design, strategy and production guardrails and timelines are met.ResponsibilitiesLeadership of Creative Brand Design: Responsible for inspiring, developing, and leading two Senior Design Managers and their connected teams. Supervising all work completed by the near-term internal design teams and agencies. Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future capability growth and development.Brand & Retail Design Development: Takes ownership of the current visual identity for brand Starry, working in collaboration with the Senior Design Director, the VP of Global Beverage Design, VP of PBNA Design, and the other design leaders. Generates creative design proposals (visions, scenarios, concepts) in order to visualize the desired output and share it with internal and external team members. Responsible for driving to final design recommendations, decisions and design approval to enable artwork execution / production phases.Strategy, Design, and Innovation: Creates holistic elevated experiences that create brand love and loyalty. Identifies and promotes self-initiated design programs that generate critical business value for one or more divisions. Energizes and leads both the internal team and external design resources from idea phase to commercialization, creating breakthrough design concepts that support our Customer agenda.Design Project Management: Responsible for partnering across disciplines within PepsiCo and external partners to ensure design assets are developed and delivered with quality, value, and on-time.
