This position is primarily in office with remote work available when applicable. In the role of Federal Marketing Assistant, we'll count on you to:Populate and maintain resume and project data and photography in marketing databasesInteract with marketing and technical staff to gather information for employee resumes and project descriptionsWrite non-technical text for employee resumes, and project descriptions as neededEdit marketing materials for consistency, grammar, punctuation, spelling and ensure HDR brand standards are metWork with marketing team to provide required data for in the development of qualifications and proposalsCoordinate and/or assist with qualifying pursuits and Go/No Go decision makingSupports Federal Marketing staff with various proposal activities including research, preliminary resume and project information developmentOther duties as assignedPreferred QualificationAssociates degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a closely related fieldBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, engineering, business administration, or related fieldAdvanced written and verbal communication skills required including grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proofreading skillsExperience with InDesign strongly desiredExtreme attention to detailAbility to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and make independent decisions critical to job successQuick self-starter, action-oriented, who thrives in a collaborative environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills - positive outlook and attitudeExperience with and comfortable working with remote team membersAn attitude and commitment to be an active participant of our employee-owned cultureOrganized, decisive, and committed to HDR quality standardsQualificationsRequired Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint What We BelieveHDR is our company.
