The Senior Marketing Manager role is a key part of the commercial team, leading B2B marketing efforts across all customer segments. The role will act as the marketing leader for the company's go-to-market efforts, and will drive sales enablement initiatives to support our regional business development teams. The role is broad in scope, offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified candidate to develop the overall marketing program for the company's commercial efforts, in close partnership with the SVP and commercial team. The ideal candidate will have experience across B2B marketing channels including events, thought leadership, email, digital and social, and print. The role is an individual contributor role to start, with potential to build a team and own a budget starting in 2025.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Lead the strategy and execution for B2B demand generation campaigns across all channels, including website, email, events, media outreach, and social. Collaborate with sales leadership to implement marketing automation platform to track marketing attribution. Coordinate and manage external communications. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns. Lead media buying activities for digital, experiential and print. Coordinate the creation and distribution of thought leadership content including articles, white papers, industry awards. Create and manage sales enablement efforts, including the development of collateral, toolkits, case studies, videos, presentations and the execution of industry events. Ensure that all external communications are consistent and in line with the company's brand. Plan, manage, and oversee events that the company is hosting or attending. Oversee company memberships in industry organizations. Coordinate with other departments, partners and external parties across initiatives. Perform and present secondary research on key target audiences to identify opportunities and trends, support customer surveys and primary research. Identify and manage third party agencies, contractors and freelance resources. TEAM BUILDING & CULTURE

Key Qualifications & Required Skills/Abilities:
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a technical sector. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with sales automation tools, and developing sales enablement programs. Experience working in the commercial real estate sector, architecture, green building, or general contracting. Experience working in the renewable energy sector, preferably commercial solar. CRM experience, Salesforce preferred. Bachelors degree from an accredited institution. Strong organizational skills, able to support multiple concurrent projects. Excellent time management skills - ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and delegate when appropriate. Confident and capable of holding others accountable. Some travel required may be required within California. Benefits:

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $90,000 and $95,000. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
