The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all activities relating to Human Resources for the assigned region, including: employee relations, payroll, compensation, benefits, performance management, talent acquisitions and legal compliance.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, flexible, organized, able to multitask and meet deadlines, so if you have previous Human Resources Generalist experience and work well in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Provide guidance and clarification on policies and answer team member questions regarding human resources. Assist location managers with efficient day-to-day implementation and operation of the HR policies and best practices. Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations, payroll, compensation, benefits, performance management, talent acquisitions and legal compliance issues. Serve as an ambassador for the Human Resources Department by promoting department programs related to employee health, training and well-being. Partner with location managers to identify, screen, interview, hire and retain talent Analyze our policies and procedures and recommend improvements Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions. Improve manager and team member performance by identifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing the selected solution; coaching and counseling Collaborate with HR team members on various projects Plan and execute other HR related assignments, tasks and special projects as needed Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources, or 5-7 years of a combination of professional experience and educational background in Human Resources MUST

have 3-5 years of experience in employee relations Strong computer skills with expert knowledge of Microsoft Office; Experience with HRMS/HRIS and ATS programs a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability work well with others as part of a team Ability to adapt to a changing environment, prioritize workload, self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines Experience in maintaining team member files and accurate record keeping Aptitude in problem-solving. Knowledge of basic HR laws and application Demonstrated drive to achieve results as part of team Bilingual a plus
