Overview of the Human Resources Generalist Role: Recruiting: screen and interview potential employees Manage Employee Relations Assist with enrolling employees with Compensation & Benefits Utilize an HRIS system to track employee records Establish and develop organizational culture Review employee engagement and satisfaction Handle labor relations including working with laws and unions Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist: Associate or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or a related degree Two years of experience in a Human Resources role Experience with a major payroll software is preferred HR Generalist needs the ability to build rapport with all employees Strong communication and organization skills, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experiencePlease Note: This position is 100% onsite located in Buchanan, MichiganClick here to apply online
