Exciting Opportunity: Senior Detailer

We are seeking a Senior Detailer to play a key role in multiple, complex museum projects. If you enjoy contributing to challenging projects and mentoring others, this role could be perfect for you!

Role Overview

As a Senior Detailer/Drafter, you'll be responsible for creating technical shop drawings that guide the manufacturing and fabrication of high-value projects. You’ll collaborate closely with our Detailing team to bring our most ambitious designs to life.

This opportunity is a Monday-Friday, in office position.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed shop drawings for large-scale, multi-million dollar projects. Engage with trade show, exhibit fabrication, architectural millwork, and high-end cabinetry projects. Leverage experience with CNC machinery (preferred but not required).

What You'll Bring

AutoCAD

(2D shop drawings) or

Autodesk Inventor

(3D models and shop drawings) experience. Ideal candidates will have skills in both but it’s not required. Familiarity with

Bills of Material

and material properties. Strong technical drafting skills with attention to detail. A creative mindset and ability to work independently, conducting product research and solving design challenges. Effective communication and collaboration skills to build strong relationships with colleagues. Hands-on experience with fabrication techniques, equipment, and processes is a plus. Leadership experience with the ability to mentor junior detailers.
