Senior Digital & Content Strategist
to join our team and develop social and digital forward campaigns that fuel client success.

ResponsibilitiesLead in-depth research and analysis on assigned topics that include audience profiles, sentiment, purchasing and behavioral habits, industry and competitor trendsForm actionable insights and strategiesStrong understanding of target audience needs and content behaviorsDevelop strategic frameworks, campaigns and content to build brand awareness for clientsHave a strong understanding of organic and paid social, SEO driven and editorial contentCreate content strategies, messaging frameworks and content calendars around a comprehensive narrativeWork with creative team on the ideation and production of videos, blogs, presentations and social contentShape and copyedit stories that the copy team writes, and write some short-form content assetsAnalyze information critically and provide digestible conclusions and insightsStructure research findings logically and engagingly, incorporating storytelling elements and character analysis for captivating contentCoordinate flow of assignments, assets, and approvals before client delivery and executionMeasure impact of content and marketing campaigns by collecting and analyzing dataKeep up to date in trends and best practices across key social platforms (Meta, Google and TikTok)Work with team to provide playbooks and community guidelines as needed
You're a great fit if you haveExperience using platforms such as Resonate, GWI, Mintel, Baymard and Kantar for researchExperience using social management platforms (Emplifi, Sprinklr and/or Dash Hudson) is a mustMust have familiarity with SEO keywords and trends5-8 years in a content strategy role, preferably at a large brand or agencyUnderstanding of messaging, campaign development, paid/owned distribution, and marketing analyticsAbility to work independently and take initiative.Effective time management in a remote environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to envision and maintain extremely high standards, even under deadlines
