Shout! Studios is a dynamic entertainment company specializing in content acquisition and distribution. We are looking for a highly organized and multitasking Content Acquisitions Coordinator with at least one year of experience in a similar role. This full-time position offers growth opportunities within a dynamic and collaborative work environment and provides the chance to work with diverse content and industry professionals. The role will support the Acquisitions Team and collaborate with various departments across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative• Manage Hubspot deal tracking and maintain up-to-date records• Prepare forecasting documents and library wikis• Assist Acquisitions executives with scheduling, travel planning, and expense management• Organize budgets for markets, festivals, and international trips• Create and update quarterly licensor-facing company decks• Serve as the primary interdepartmental liaisonResearch and Analysis• Identify and research available film, TV series, and content libraries for potential acquisition• Confirm ownership and gather contact information for properties of interest• Create summaries of opportunities for acquisitions and sales teams• Conduct comparative market research• Assist in vetting and analyzing submitted programming• Help create projection documents and wikis for large library acquisitionsDelivery and Asset Management• Act as a bridge between licensors and our production department• Research availability and condition of assets, particularly for older libraries• Resolve discrepancies in licensor-provided materials• Coordinate with the Business Affairs department on renewals

Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Film & TV, Marketing, Communications, or related field• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the entertainment industry• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
