Senior Data Analyst
to lead and optimize their marketing analytics efforts. This role is ideal for a data-driven, analytical professional with experience in marketing metrics and a passion for driving strategy through insights.

Our client is at the forefront of redefining "Self-Education" through a leading digital platform. As a
Senior Data Analyst – Marketing , you will be a critical member of the marketing team, responsible for measuring campaign performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that directly influence strategy. Working closely with renowned business leaders, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive marketing success by ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Campaign Performance:
Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance. Reporting & Marketing Trackers:
Develop and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rates, CAC, and CLV. Provide comprehensive visibility on marketing success. A/B Testing:
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to refine marketing strategies. Data Integrity:
Collaborate with engineering and web development teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data through event tracking systems.
REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, focusing on marketing analytics. Proficiency in
SQL
(BigQuery experience is a plus). Advanced skills in
spreadsheets
(Excel, Google Sheets). Experience with data visualization tools like
Power BI
or
Tableau . Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like
Hyros ,
Triple Whale ,
Google Tag Manager , and
Google Analytics . Deep understanding of sales funnels, direct response marketing, and paid advertising on platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Google Search. Experience with attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch). Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical teams. Experience leading A/B and multivariate testing. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Salary:
