Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Type: Full time I am working with a FinTech company headquartered in Austin, TX, who is seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to become a key leader within their B2C Marketing Team. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives to support go-to-market (GTM) and prospecting goals. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the brand’s market positioning. Partner with external agencies to drive the adoption of marketing strategies through data-driven consultations. Manage client communication campaigns and ensure alignment with current marketing strategies and best practices. Serve as a thought leader, offering expertise in marketing programs and tools to enhance client marketing performance. Qualifications: 5 years of B2C marketing experience. Experience working in an agency setting. Proficiency in marketing tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot. Google Ads - strong understanding of the tool and PPC Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
