MARQUEE DEVELOPMENT is a full-service real estate firm that specializes in mixed-use sports and entertainment districts. We strategically manage every aspect of a sports-adjacent mixed-use development with a best-in-class ability to curate the experience for a team, fans and community. By bringing bring a sports-operational mindset to traditional real estate development, we focus on the critical integration of team operations and real estate to ensure the experience amplifies the brand of the district, while complementing and protecting the team brand to maximize long-term franchise value.
HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:
Marquee Development is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic, growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, a passion for creating visually stunning materials, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Graphic Designer will play a critical role in managing the ideation, creation, and production of brand specific marketing assets.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Conceptualize and design creative assets: Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media assets, both static and motion graphics.
Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with the Assistant Director of Marketing and other team members to understand project objectives & scope, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Produce multi-channel graphics: Create designs that are consistent and effective across various platforms, such as video boards, digital video content, emails, business development collateral, and social media.
Assist with presentation and guide creation: Develop and maintain internal and external presentations as needed.
Perform minor photo manipulation: Edit and enhance images using Photoshop to ensure they meet quality standards.
Contribute to the creative workflow: Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative input to improve the overall quality of marketing and event materials.
Manage project timelines: Work closely with the Assistant Director of Marketing to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Stay updated on design trends: Keep abreast of the latest design trends and technologies to incorporate into your work.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD) and Microsoft Office.
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, production and versatility,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multi-task between projects of varying complexities
Ability to present and communicate ideas
WHAT SETS YOU APART: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Advertising or related field
Knowledge of event marketing or commercial real estate
Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
