MARQUEE DEVELOPMENT is a full-service real estate firm that specializes in mixed-use sports and entertainment districts. We strategically manage every aspect of a sports-adjacent mixed-use development with a best-in-class ability to curate the experience for a team, fans and community. By bringing bring a sports-operational mindset to traditional real estate development, we focus on the critical integration of team operations and real estate to ensure the experience amplifies the brand of the district, while complementing and protecting the team brand to maximize long-term franchise value.
HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:
Marquee Development is seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple brands and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid and owned digital marketing channels, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategy: Assist the Director of Marketing with annual strategic planning, coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels and functions.
Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns: Manage digital marketing efforts across various channels, including paid media, email, and website, to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve business objectives.
Manage digital marketing projects: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and strategy development to execution and measurement, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Optimize digital marketing performance: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Responsible for maintaining the necessary technical setup required for accurate tracking on all platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with graphic designers, content writers, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive and effective messaging across all channels.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Maintain a strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
2-4 years of proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic) and email marketing tools (Pardot, SendGrid, Marketing Cloud, Eloqua)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other programming languages
Proficiency in web development platforms and content management systems (i.e. Contentful, Wordpress, Squarespace, etc.)
Experience in paid media management including Google, Meta and Programmatic
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
A mindset of continuous learning, improvement and innovation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
