CoreWeave is a leading AI Hyperscaler, offering one of the industry's fastest and most flexible infrastructure & managed services for building & deploying accelerated computing applications. Some of the latest LLMs and GenerativeAI applications are built and deployed on CoreWeave. CoreWeave is seeking a talented and creative Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the intersection of design and user experience, specifically focusing on products for developers. You will play a crucial role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of CoreWeave's developer-facing interfaces, ensuring that the experience is intuitive, efficient, and aligned with developer workflows.
As a Product Designer at CoreWeave, you will have the unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from crafting the visual aspects of all facets of our cloud application to conducting user research. Your role will be a hybrid of hands-on design work and interactive feedback sessions with users, enabling you to directly influence the usability and user satisfaction of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- UI Design: Create engaging and intuitive user interfaces for CoreWeave's web application. Develop visual elements, including layout, typography, and color palettes, ensuring a cohesive and branded experience across all platforms.
- User Feedback: Actively engage with users to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate this input into your design work. Facilitate user testing sessions and interpret results to make data-driven design improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design vision is aligned with product goals and technical constraints.
- Prototyping and Validation: Develop and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Validate designs through user testing and feedback to ensure solutions meet user needs and expectations.
- Design Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for design excellence within CoreWeave, promoting the importance of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of the latest trends in UI/UX design and user feedback methodologies, continuously refining your approach and techniques.

- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with experience designing for developer tools or platforms.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar.
- Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, bonus: React).
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $160,000-$190,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Hybrid Workplace
Successful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding training at our NJ Headquarters within their first several weeks of employment, with subsequent quarterly travel requirements of 1 week duration.
If you reside within a 30-mile radius of our New Jersey, New York, or Philadelphia offices, we're excited for you to join us at the office at least three times a week, recognizing the significance we place on fostering connections, collaboration, and creativity within our office culture.
