Responsibilities
•Film and edit podcast episodes, capturing both video and audio with high production quality.
•Set up video, lighting, and audio equipment before each recording session to ensure optimal quality.
•Work closely with podcast hosts and guests to create visually engaging content that complements the podcast's tone and theme.
•Edit videos to create dynamic and visually appealing content, adding graphics, captions, and B-roll as needed.
•Ensure consistent audio and video quality for all recorded episodes, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
•Manage video production timelines and deadlines to ensure episodes are delivered on schedule.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to produce short video clips for promotional use on social media.
•Stay up-to-date with podcasting and videography trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Qualifications
•Must have proven experience in podcast videography in a media production setting.
•Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
•Strong knowledge of lighting, camera operation, and audio recording for podcasts.
•Experience with multi-camera setups and syncing audio and video.
•Familiarity with video platforms and social media channels (e.g., YouTube, Instagram) and best practices for visual storytelling.
•Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
•Ability to work independently, troubleshoot on the fly, and meet tight deadlines.
•Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with hosts, guests, and production team members.
